She’s currently deployed in Jordan, and while we enlisted together and served side by side for two years, we’ve since been separated. I’ve been in for two and a half years thus far and love every bit of serving our country. I’m on the aviation side of the military and working with our pilots, every and all aircraft’s the military and other militaries have to offer, hopping on board and flying with them as aircrew to complete missions is a dream come true! I’m also a mom who has a newly 12 month old at home in the states. I’m missing him dearly but he will understand later in life this is all for him, and for a better life for us. I truly wish I had family at home who can send me care packages as being in a foreign country has its ups and down with foods, products etc. This would mean the world to me, I am blessed and I am so grateful for each and every one of you! Additional Information: Asking for support for USS Carl Vinson sailors on deployment where many will spend another underway missing another holiday season, birthdays, family milestones, and other important life events. Additional Info about the Servicemember (Optional): We are a small group of Marines located in Turkey. Most of our Marines are very young and new to the service with not a lot of experience spending time overseas. This box of goodies would be a huge morale booster for these Marines.

“First of all, I hope all is well. My name is Petty Officer First Class Kelly R. and I am stationed onboard a ship. My Command is stationed out of San Diego, CA and we are currently preparing to be deployed in late November.. As you may know, Navy Sailors are on watch 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. During that time, many of us work 12 hour shifts a day. With that being said, it's safe to say the United States Navy and its Sailors rely HEAVILY on care packages. Unfortunately, many junior Sailors are experiencing their first deployment in Weapon's Department. I am requesting care packages to boost their morale and show we are supported out here. Thank you.
